Slice Of Orange is a small independent studio in Canada. There is no outsourced support desk here — messages are read and answered by the people who design and finish the garments.
What we can help with
- Sizing and fit: we will send exact flat-lay measurements for any piece and size. Start with the size guide — it answers most questions on its own.
- Order status: have your order number ready and we can check where a parcel is.
- Returns and exchanges: see shipping and returns for the process, then message us with your order number to start one.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: send your order number and photographs and we will make it right.
- Upcoming drops, wholesale and collaborations: we read every one of these.
Before you write
A lot of common questions — how our boxy fits run, what 350GSM means, whether sold-out pieces get restocked, and how to wash heavyweight cotton — are already answered in our FAQ. If the answer is there you will get it faster than we can reply.
Response times
We answer as quickly as we can, and slightly slower in the days immediately after a drop, when the studio is packing orders. If you have not heard back and it has been a while, send a follow-up — it will not annoy us.
