Where we ship

Slice Of Orange ships from Canada. We deliver across all Canadian provinces and territories and accept international orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are picked and packed in the order they are received. Because our pieces are produced in limited runs and finished by hand, orders placed immediately after a drop can take slightly longer to leave the studio than orders placed mid-cycle. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Duties and taxes

Canadian orders are priced in CAD with applicable taxes applied at checkout. International orders may attract import duties, customs charges or local sales tax on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

We want the piece to fit. Before ordering, read the size guide — our boxy cuts run differently from standard retail sizing, and most sizing issues are avoidable.

If something still is not right, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Start a return by contacting us with your order number and the reason for return. Full eligibility terms, the return window and refund timelines are set out in our refund policy.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will make it right.

Lost parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it is subject to their handling and timelines. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, get in touch and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
